Returns & Exchange Policy:

 

Upon receiving your virgin hair, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase you may receive a 20% REFUND or exchange/store credit within the first seven (7) days of receipt of your order as long as the hair meets the requirements below.  You will also be responsible for all shipping charges associated with an exchange if the correct item was received.

 

 


*Please note that issues concerning length and color variation of the hair are not valid reasons for an exchange, unless we have sent you the wrong item, in which case we will exchange your item for the correct one.

*Products that have been untied, washed, installed, and/or tampered with are not eligible for an exchange so please examine each bundle while it is still tied to make sure you are satisfied with the product.

*We recommend purchasing insurance and delivery confirmation to ensure that we safely receive your order.

STEPS FOR REFUND:

1. You must first send email to [email protected] regarding your issue.
2. Customer Service will reply back with steps how to return hair BEFORE you receive the REFUND of 20%.
3. Once your return has been received and accepted a refund will be placed back to you through PAY PAL within 3-5 Business Days.


This hair is top quality and we are sure that it will exceed your expectations. We have yet to have someone return their hair, but do keep in mind you are ordering at your own risk.
